All Reserved Camping is for 2 Days. Single day camping, is not
available.
When purchasing, all Reserved Campsites are numbered.
If a site is blacked out, this means it has already been purchased.
Reserved Camping can only be purchased on-line through our website via the
"buy" links.

Reserved Camping is located where the
Blues Festival staged their show on the
East side of the open camping area (site
map, click here).

General Camping and overflow parking is
located on the West side, where ball
diamond is located (site
map, click here).

Patrons
must
purchase their 2 Day Event Tickets before they may purchase Reserved Camping.

All Reserved
Camping is for 2 days (July 12 & 13, 2013).
Single day camping is not available.

Reserved Camping must be purchased prior
to the festival dates July 12 & 13, 2013

Reserved Camping is limited. We have
50 full
serviced sites and
275 non-serviced campsites.
-
The Reserved
Campgrounds include: a playground, flush
toilets and we will host our Saturday Pancake
Breakfast in the BBQ Pit and Picnic Table
area.

Only 1
steering wheel per campsite is allowed –
NO EXCEPTIONS. You will be issued one
camping sticker per campsite.

Your vehicle
and all camping gear must fit within the
allocated spacing area of your campsite.
Roadways must remain accessible at all
times for all through traffic and
emergency service vehicles.

Patrons
purchasing Reserved Camping site(s) must
be 21 years of age, as the purchaser will
be held responsible for any and all
activities taking place in that particular
campsite(s).

Reserved
Campers Early Entry -- Gates
will open at 12:00 noon Thursday,
July 11th. Cost: $5.00 (Electronic
debit/credit card, not available at gate. Cash only
- Payable at gate). You must
present tickets and camping proofs of
purchase at time of check in, to be
allowed entry onto festival grounds.

There are no
refunds on Reserved Campsite(s).

Reserved Camping
stickers will be issued on site – You will
receive an email confirmation upon
purchasing your campsite(s). *Please bring
your confirmation letter and photo
identification to our gates staff. They will issue your
camping sticker(s).
Reserved Camping
Rules and Regulations
1.
Everyone in the camping area will be
required to purchase and wear a wristband.
Wristbands will allow entrance onto the
show-site. This will be strictly enforced by
security and gate personnel. The East 542
Music Fest Management is not responsible for
lost, stolen or damaged wristbands. Patrons
found without a wristband will be given the
opportunity to purchase a wristband or will
be subject to removal from the show-grounds.
2.
Reserved Camping early entry 12:00 noon on
Thursday, July 11th. $5:00 (Electronic
debit/credit card, not available at gate.
Cash only - Payable at the
gate).
3. You
must present tickets and camping proofs of
purchase at time of check in, to be allowed
entry onto festival grounds.
4. All
Reserved Campers must be off the
show-grounds by Sunday, July 14th
at 2:00
pm. Campground areas are to be left clean.
5.
Water – as
needed you may connect to a water hydrant to
refill your water tank(s). When full, you
must disconnect. Other than along the chain
link fence, no permanent or continuous
connections are allowed.
6.
Garbage
pick-ups will be ongoing throughout the
weekend. There are garbage cans and
dumpsters located in the campground.
7. There
will be NO vehicle access in or out, of the
Reserved Camping area after 10:00 pm Friday
and Saturday.
8.
Generators are permitted, but we ask that
you bring a generator with limited noise
output.
9.
Noise is
to be kept to a minimum and we ask all
Reserved Campers to respect one another.
Reserved Campers will observe quiet time
from 2:00 am to 8:00 am. This will be
strictly enforced by East 542 Music Fest
Security and the Whatcom County Sheriff’s
Department.
10.
Roadways –
DO NOT BLOCK
ROADWAYS - Please respect all
parking rules and signs. Observe the 5 mph
speed limit.
11.
NO MOTORIZED
ATVs, dirtbikes, golf carts, etc., ARE PERMITTED
TO DRIVE ON THE
GROUNDS. This will be strictly
enforced by East 542 Music Fest Security and
the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Department.
12.
ABSOLUTELY NO
FIREARMS ALLOWED regardless of
concealed weapons permit or not.
13.
NO OPEN FIRES ARE
PERMITTED (except in the
designated Barbeque Pit Area that is
supervised by East 542 staff).
14.
NO ALCOHOL
is permitted on the show-site other than in
designated licensed areas. There is no
walking around the campgrounds with open
alcohol. All persons consuming alcohol
within the confines of your campsite(s) must
be 21 years of age.
15.
Pets -
As per Whatcom County bylaws; all pets
need to be properly restrained or on
leashes. Pets that are impounded, will be
the owner’s responsibility.
16. It
is recommended that you secure all valuables
when not at your campsite, particularly
coolers and other portable items. East 542
Entertainment Management is not responsible
for lost or stolen items.
17. In
case of an emergency please notify security
or gate staff attendant at the Reserved
Camping check-in gate.
18.
Consideration for issues not addressed
within these rules and regulations will be
at the discretion of East 542 Music Fest
Management, security, and/or the gate staff
attendant. East 542 Music Fest reserves the
right to refuse entrance to anyone.
